Overview
This small Kingdom-controlled island is the home of the ruined Tower of the Arts. The coast of the isle is covered with chunks of several different types of rocks. It is believed by geological survey that Rouen Isle was once part of the Granite Cliffs.
The interior of the island holds a small deciduous forest. At its center is the ruined tower, whose entrance is led up to by a delicately chiseled marble path, flanked by very old cherry trees. Rouen Isle is the home of Adrasha Vaux.
