A New World Opens (ANWO for short) is an RP based on the of a Kingdom’s struggle to deal with political tensions within itself and beyond its boarders. This story’s writers take control of characters influencing this empire’s story or being affected by them, and are encouraged to design their character to their will within reasonable limits.
The setting of ANWO is the primarily The Kingdom, currently made up of a group of islands and the mainland. It's ruled by the impotent King Ruaidhri and governed by whichever nobles hold the most power. It's current cast includes:
- Nebulan - a battlemage.
- Raanil - a bloodmancer.
- Adrasha Vaux - a runaway warrior.
- Aodhan - an enslaved mage.
- Ackrovan - an archon.
- Adalia - an underwater priestess.
- Esrever - an immortal entity.
- Agents Simon Yatforth and Caraline Yatforth - alien agents.
- Yndigo - a kindly mage. Has been inactive for a prolonged period of time.
- Griseham - a wandmaker. Has since become a different character.
