Administration of Calamity Refuge

The Administration of the Refuge has had relatively few changes over the times. w-dueck has always been ArchAdmin of Calamity Refuge, however, during the Time Fracture Incident, he promoted the two Global Mods, Jewels and Vergil, to status of Admin. Vergil has since then resigned and is currently a mere Citizen of the Refuge.
