Per the Refugia Revised Statutes 6(c), the Councillor of Culture is required to develop a regional Eco-Report and publish occasional updates to it, in hopes of tracking Refugia's progress toward its environmental goals. These Eco-Reports are generally published in dispatch form, and include various information about the region, its members, and various events or news related to the environment.
